Gold Standard Care for Our Community

If you know our team at Harbor Community Health Centers, you know that 2024 was a busy year for us. As you read this impact report, you’ll see why. You’ll discover expanded services, such as psychiatry and hepatitis C care. You’ll meet new staff members, including a director of addiction medicine. And you’ll hear stories of patients whose lives were changed by our enhanced offerings.

Throughout it all, our staff helped us maintain a level of care that sets us apart as a health care leader. Our team is truly worth its weight in gold.

I’m not the only one who thinks so. In 2024, the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) awarded HarborCHC its Health Center Quality Leader Gold Badge, acknowledging exceptional clinical quality performance — an honor given to only 
the top 10% of health centers nationwide.
