High school can be intense – HCHC teaches how to cope

Our clinic is working with The Boys and Girls Club to meet children and teenagers’ emotional and social wellbeing needs. See details and the flyer below.

Alejandra Amparo will be doing a one-time presentation for Middle and High School Teens (ages 14-18 y/o) with the goal of teaching your teen skills to cope with the pressures of school, handling stress, and other related topics.

The presentation takes place on January 20th from 4-5pm and is not individual therapy. If you believe that your child would better benefit from individual therapy, please call our clinic at (310) 547-0202. We will assist and/or provide you with a behavioral health appointment and/or other resources.

This workshop is only offered to B&G Club members* at the San Pedro Location:
1200 S Cabrillo Ave San Pedro, CA 90731.

*For more information on joining the B&G Club call (310) 833-1322 San Pedro for application info or visit https://www.bgclaharbor.org
